A really beautiful blouse!
Beautiful blouse, easy to wear. I love the color, uncommon and flattering for most skin tones. The style is flattering if you aren't too big in the bust. Multi-layer ruffled sleeves and velvet halter ribbon ties are nice feminine touches. Fabric is good quality, not too flimsy. I've worn this blouse casual with dark blue jeans, and also a little more dressy with black velvet jeans and nice booties. Lots of compliments either way :-)
