Item Received Not as Depicted on Nordstrom Website
I am returning this bag because the buttons are white, whereas the website image clearly depicts black buttons. Additionally, the bag appears to have been previously opened or used, as the tag was not attached but instead found loose inside the bag. I hope to find the black Bogg bag with matching black buttons, as I believe that combination offers a more sleek and cohesive look.

I’ve purchased several Boggs from the retailer and I’m thrilled that Nordstroms carries them now too! My bitty just arrived and it’s the perfect run around bag for summer.
All these handle reviews are pretty unbelievable because they are able to be corrected. Makes me wonder how some passed kindergarten lol.
