quality is out of control
I had a very unpleasant and unsafe experience while trying on a dress at Nordstrom. During the fitting, I was suddenly poked by a needle that had been left inside the dress. It was a sewing pin with a red head stuck in the side of the garment, and it actually pierced my skin. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable for a store of this level. Clothing should be carefully inspected before being placed on the sales floor. Leaving a sharp pin in a garment is dangerous and could seriously injure a customer. I hope the store takes this seriously and improves their quality checks so that no other customer gets hurt during a fitting.
