Sporty Kate Pump (Women)

I sized up half a size after reading reviews and I’m glad I did! I have an average to slightly narrow foot and I found them to be a bit narrow. These are so cute BUT- only wear them if you’re planning to walk a short, straight line from the car to the building to sit the entire time. I think it’s the lack of a platform that makes them so difficult to wear. I’m 46 and spent years wearing much higher heels but these about killed me!

This is a beautiful shoe. And , my first pair of "Kate". Historically I wear a 37.5 or even a 38 occasionally with CL. Based off the mixed reviews re: sizing I stuck with my normal size, 37.5. They fit well overall but my heel is slipping out when I walked in them to try them out (on carpet to preserve the soles). I am considering sizing down to a 37 for this reason. My only thought is the toe box will be too narrow on the 37. The leather feels very soft /flexible and I think they may even stretch a bit with time and wear. If the 37 does not work out, I will just have to chalk it up to this shoes style just isn't for me.
