Great Sunglasses, Poor Service

The glasses are super cute and one of my favorite pairs that I own. I absolutely love them and Burberry did an excellent job on this design. Nordstrom dropped the ball and did not include any glasses case or cleaning cloth. Annoying that they sell designer items and don’t provide you with the full packaging.

Missing cleaning cloth

The glasses are very nice, but I was very upset to discover that the cleaning cloth was missing inside of the sunglasses case. Instead Nordstrom gave me additional instructions booklet... I want the cleaning cloth also. Burberry is not a company that would miss it in their packaging...
