Dress has a bra

This dress is beautiful but it has a built in bra that does not fit and sits half way above the breasts. It doesn't come off or be removed. If the manufacturer has ideas to fix this, please reply. Unfortunately I may return this dress as the chest area looks odd and is not comfortable.
