Transport 2 Waterproof Sneaker (Women)

I’ve been looking for a good, comfortable shoe to take with me on my travels. Something versatile, that I can wear to walk, workout, hike, etc. I tried several other shoes and none of them felt just right. I can’t believe I’m this many years old and just discovered HOKA! They fit perfectly and haven’t wanted to take them off since trying them on. Super easy to get on and off. Nordstrom suggests ordering a half size up but I’m glad I didn’t- it was true to size for me.

These were my first HOKA shoes. They are so cushiony that I felt like I was walking on thick pads instead of the ground, and that made me feel a bit unstable (I am 70, maybe that's an issue). I think if I was simply standing indoors for hours they would be wonderful, but I walk outdoors in a rocky sandy environment. I returned them.

These Hoka Transport 2’s are a nice upgrade from my first generation. These have more cushion than the Original Transports, but still remain more supportive and amenable to walking than a standard Hoka running shoe. The fit seems true to size, with plenty of room in the toe box. And I love the color! They are water resistant but not waterproof so be aware that If you want waterproof, these are not it. The Gore-Tex fabric is durable which makes for a good all-around commuting shoe or for walking the dog.
