Transport 2 Sneaker

These are labeled as “waterproof” on the Nordstrom website but according to the manufacturer, Hoka, they in fact are not. I purchased them needed waterproof shoes for an Alaskan trip and unfortunately, I had to return them since they truly are not. Nordstrom needs to fix this and let their salesmen know not to sell them as waterproof.

I bought these to wear to Iceland for an upcoming trip- I normally have to size up for sneakers to size 8, but in this case I returned and bought my true size 7.5 which fit perfectly. Fit is great, comfort is great, the look is great, the traction is great but oh my gosh they are NOT waterproof or even water resistant for that matter. I was watering my yard, and barely misted them and my socks immediately were soaked. So then i lightly sprayed to see what kind of repellency they had- absolutely none at all. I didn't buy the "water repellent" version- I bought the "waterproof" version. I have already been wearing them to break them in for my trip, so I am stuck with them- so I am spraying them with waterproofing spray in the hopes I can get them where i need them to be for my trip since I already invested $155 into them. Everything else is perfect though. The waterproof was the top reason i bought them though- so that is really disappointing.

The slip in design is great. Love that. Unfortunately, they are narrow compared to my other Hoka shoes. I have to keep wiggling my toes so they don’t fall asleep on days I wear them all day.

These shoes are still coming up when searching for waterproof Hoka shoes. They are not! My feet were soaked just from walking on grass wet with morning dew. Ordered a pair for myself and a pair for a friend. Big mistake!

Love their products! Great fit, colors and last a long time! I always go up .5 size in athletic shoes and glad I did. I normally wear a 7.5 in all shoes; got an 8 which fits great for exercising.

I’ve been looking for a good, comfortable shoe to take with me on my travels. Something versatile, that I can wear to walk, workout, hike, etc. I tried several other shoes and none of them felt just right. I can’t believe I’m this many years old and just discovered HOKA! They fit perfectly and haven’t wanted to take them off since trying them on. Super easy to get on and off. Nordstrom suggests ordering a half size up but I’m glad I didn’t- it was true to size for me.
