Smocked Bodice Cotton Seersucker Cover-Up Dress

If you’re small chested I might recommend sizing down because it’s very voluminous in the skirt. I’m a DD, so I’m going to have the skirt taken in on the L because the bodice would be too small in the M. I actually wish the bodice in the L were a tiny bit bigger even. I bought this for a Hawaiian cruise…I think I’d be too self conscious to wear this dress on the mainland.
