DO NOT ORDER
Had to reorder this multiple times since Nordstrom kept sending it without the personalization that was requested. Finally gave up after they continued to send it incorrectly and also sent the packages to the wrong address (Seattle instead of NJ). Nordstrom should stop selling this product since they are incapable of personalizing the item as advertised. Was also not easy to get refunds since the item is technically non-refundable. Too much time on the phone with Nordstrom

Purchased this as a birthday gift for an avid traveler with style for her upcoming birthday. It was easy to buy and have monogramed. It was shipped (free) from the company the next day and arrived two days after purchase. The item itself is beautiful high quality leather with perfect monogram.
