Rounded V-Neck Cotton Midi Dress

I was obsessed with this dress online and ordered it in two colors, thinking of all the ways I was going to wear it. The seaming detail along the hem is nice but the fabric is slightly stiffer and less drapey than it appears in pictures, which makes the cut look more voluminous on the body. There's a lot of fabric, almost like trapeze-style in the back. Returning both, sizing down at least one and maybe two sizes.
