Where is the Dust Bag?

I wanted days for the Anniversary Sale to give me the opportunity to buy this Navy suede clutch bag. I was very happy when the price dropped, however; I was very disappointed that the Genuine Leather Bag did not come with a Duster to protect it over time!!
