Wyatt Bootie (Women)

I purchased the suede Wyatt boots, which I am guessing are a bit more comfortable than the leather? They do run a bit narrow, as I have found recently that a lot of the PG shoes and boots seem to do, but these are still comfortable enough and I am very particular about width. What I do not like is that Nordstrom (I have shopped with Nordstrom for probably 60 years or more) now sends expensive items in crushed, bashed boxes with no inserts or stuffing in the shoe or boot, and they are just tossed in the box. Really? For a $550 shoe with tax? It is difficult for me to believe that Nordstrom, which was always a store with excellent customer service and packaging, etc., now does so little for their customers. It is definitely a sad way to run a business after so many wonderful years of excellence, possibly a statement on the times we are living in. But I am writing this review in the hopes that someone at Nordstrom will take a look at what has happened to this company and make some improvements. Your loyal customers deserve it.

I just received my PG boots and they are going to be returned today, for $500 I expect a new pair not a wrinkled, scuffed up pair. This has become a common occurrence when ordering high dollar merchandise from Nordstrom I already know NOT to order designer handbags from them as they do not put dust covers or authenticity cards or original boxes that they come with when you order direct from the designer. I’m not a happy customer, Nordstrom needs to do better!
