The Wide Leg Corduroy Pants

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love these cords. I've long been a corduroy pants fan, they're a fall/winter wardrobe staple. These are fun b/c it's a nice soft fine wale, and they're baggy but still stylish. I like that mine are loose enough at the waist to never feel cinched, and when I wear them with boots (2" heel), they look really sharp still. You can dress them up or down. My only thought is that they do really stretch about a size... which is tricky b/c I really liked them when I bought, but they seem to expand a bit every day. I'm not sure if they'll shrink back up in the wash. My main reason to not go down a size was concern for washing machine shrinkage (I always wash warm). So I'll have to report back on that. I'm 5'4, 135lbs, narrow-ish hips, and I went with a 30, even though I could have done 29. I got both black and brown, and enjoy them both. FYI the dark red color is pretty, but it borders on a rusty red, rather than a bordeaux/wine color.
