Omni ST 23 Running Shoe

i have wide feet, and they shoes are comfy! I will buy another pair!

Great support so far for runs up to 6 miles. Haven’t tried further in them yet. Great walking shoes too.

The Omni is my shoe -- it's absolutely perfect for my foot. I've been buying it for years. When I put this shoe on, it makes me want to get out there and do some miles! This time I bought the Celestial color. Looks great. When Saucony releases the newest edition, there are sometimes a review or two that express dismay with this feature or that, and I get a little nervous. Am I going to have to find a new shoe? But then I get a pair and every time, it fits my foot just the way I expected it would.

I've been buying 2 pairs of Omni shoes every year since 2018, and every year they are dramatically different. This shoe is no exception. It bears no resemblance to last year's Omni. It's an enormous shoe. It feels as though you are springing instead of walking on a 6-inch high Jello cloud. Personally, that's not the feeling I'm going for when I'm working out or running errands. There's also something strange happening at the back of the shoe. My heels cannot stabilize themselves; it feels as though they are falling off the shoe backwards. I tried both the medium and wide sizes, and this strange feeling was the same in both. The medium size was much too tight and the wide size was much too large. I've now ordered the Omni ProGrid, with the hope that it feels like a normal shoe. Saucony, please stop discontinuing perfectly good shoes and replacing them with these trendy enormous Jello cloud shoes! It's possible that Gen Z wants to wear comically oversized bouncy shoes, but the Millennials and Gen X'ers just want normal shoes! Thank you!
