Great fall fashion sneaker!
I love these and can't wait to wear them this fall! I thought the fit was spot on and fit me like all Vince shoes. The suede is so soft and I feel like the materials are all very good quality. I see other reviewers mentioning the exposed foam on the tongue. Yes, there is exposed foam but it is just a small section on each side of the tongue. The center is covered by a branded fabric strip. I don't love having exposed foam and have returned other shoes with that issue but I didn't feel like it was going to be a problem on these. I'm not sure what people mean about the sole and shoe colors not matching. I assume because the darker tan suede and leather are a different color than the sole? The sole is typical gum color and I don't think the leather on the shoe was ever intended to match the gum sole. I don't think it looks odd at all. If you are drawn to this style, give them a try and don't let the negative reviews dissuade you. They are a terrific, stylish, and comfortable fashion sneaker!

shoe looks unfinished
I never write reviews, but felt it was necessary for this item due to the cost. The tongue of the shoe had exposed foam. It doesn’t look good and I’m sure over time it will start unraveling.

Cute style, questionable quality
I love the look of these sneakers but was disappointed in the quality, especially for Vince. There are slight color differences between the L and R shoe and the sole on the L shoe has a visible flaw/glue where it meets the heel. These look like they would struggle to last more than one season and probably aren’t even worth the sale price. However, I do like the style and color and I wish I could justify keeping them.

Exposed foam
Echoing other reviews, the foam in the tongue is viable. Such cute and comfortable shoes but quality is lacking. You can actually see it in Nordstrom’s photos but I never thought to look until I received them and noticed it in person.

exposed foam on tongue, deal breaker
I wanted to love these shoes…I, like some of the other reviews cannot get over the exposed foam on the tongue of this shoe- why?? I think it looks unfinished and would be more likely to fall apart sooner. I should’ve watched the video before purchasing as it does show that this is the intended design. However, I don’t think it’s not worth the price like this. (I got a black pair and the shoe tongue is normal).
