An inverted back pleat and ruching on the sleeves are the telltales that this nylon bomber is a Chitose Abe design (and as close as she comes to conventional).

Sacai

Japanese brand Sacai was launched in Tokyo by designer Chitose Abe in 1999. The label makes clothing, shoes and accessories for women and men that incorporate the idea of hybrids. Incredibly underwhelming.
The overall design in theory I love. The weight, the length - eh. Too small. does not fit as long as it looks like it does on model.

I LOVE THIS JACKET
I was not familiar with Sacai. I happened to walk in Nordstrom in Designer, saw this jacket and I am SO glad that I did. This jacket is the perfect combination of cool, designer, upscale and well-made. I wear it with jeans and a white tee and it elevates or I can just as easily wear it with more elevated basics and the jacket makes everything cool. Initially, I hesitated at the price tag but if I divide the number of times I wear it by the price, it is a deal. Plus, every time I wear it, I get compliments. It will be hard to find a bomber as good as this.

Unique and Stylish
The jacket is of great quality with an oversized fit that is not exaggerated. Zipper can be difficult to undo at the end but it's a solid YKK zipper. Not bulky or padded so can easily wear a sweater underneath in colder temps. I normally wear a size small and the size 1 fit perfect.
