Terrible service. Granddaughter did not recv delivery. Nordstrom responded delivery made. No credit given. Next time consider store pickup or use service such as usps, ups or fedex. Unacceptable response & service fr Nordstrom. Thought Nordstrom was more reliable & service oriented.

Disappointed.
First the jacket runs large. I have another Northface jacket that was a large and it’s too small for me so I purchased an extra large initially and it was way too big. Returned for a size large which fit nicely. However, the arm cuffs were uncomfortable and the material around the face was uncomfortable stiff material. I was excited to get a warm long coat, but sadly had to end up returning for another brand.
