MaFanasi Round Neck Oversized Jumper

I ordered this sweater in Scarlet Sage and liked it so much that I also ordered it in "Surf the Blue". A "Tawny Port" sweater arrived instead. I had a live chat to exchange the item, but: 1. the rep said: they can not do an exchange because the item is shipped and sold by by a third party (I have to return and rebuy it). 2. I paid $77 for the sweater on sale and now it is $128 and Nordstrom cannot match the price or provide a refund for the difference for a replacement item because the item is shipped and sold by by a third party. Also, the sweater is no longer available in Surf the Blue. I did receive a $25 electronic gift card, but I'm very disappointed in this experience considering Nordstrom has typically provided excellent customer service.
