Never received

I never received these glasses. They were missing from the box that was supposed to be shipped with another pair. I contacted customer service and they denied my refund. The box it was supposedly shipped in was not even big enough to fit 2 pairs of sunglasses. Only received 1 pair. Very disappointing customer service

scratched, used case

Disappointed in these & Nordstroms quality control over the last couple years. These glasses came with scratches on the Lense, a dirty/dusty/fur in case and the tag that was from the glasses that were clearly a pair off the floor that had been tried on by many. Was really excited to treat myself to these glasses I had been wanting for a while for the holiday weekend. Will be returned.
