Lennox Hooded Puffer Coat with Faux Fur Trim

This is a gorgeous coat. I am a tall and broad-shouldered US size 10/12, and the coat hit me below the knee, like it shows on the model. However, it runs at least one size large. I bought it to replace a size XL Guess coat that was too big after I lost weight, and I would say this coat might be even larger than my old one. I will exchange for a Medium, but I'm mildly concerned that even a size Medium would be the same size as the XL Guess coat. Pros: Long enough for a tall gal, including the sleeves. I love that the waist cinch has a metal stopper under the ties, so it stays put. The cuffs to keep the wind out are a very nice touch - my climate is not particularly cold, but winters are very windy. Cons: large enough for yourself plus ALL the skeletons in your family's closet. The hood is detachable, but the strip of faux fur is sewn into the hood. On my old coat, the faux fur zips off the hood so the rest of the coat can be cleaned. The hood is also massive and does not have a drawstring.

It’s laughable ( well CRYable) that Nordstrom can’t even track and ship orders. I ordered a coat for almost 200$ on September 3. It’s now September 16. And zip nothing nada no updates. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM NORDSTROM. VERY SKETCHY WHETHER YOU WILL EVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. I Guess I’ll try to get my money back. Good luck with that right???
