Le Stylo Ultra Slim Liquid Eyeliner

I bought the Stila liquid eyeliner and this one to compare -- ended up returning the stila one. While the Stila one goes on more beautifully, it does not stay as well as the Chantecaille liquid eyeliner. I like to go over my lid first with a pencil and use this eyeliner and it's perfection that lasts for +12 hours!! Definitely am purchasing this again in the future.

It would be nice to find the be-all and end-all of liners, but I'll take what I can get in the meantime. This one, while not perfect, comes pretty close. It glides on smoothly, has an excellent point, can be built up to be the blackest of blacks, and stays on for a long time. Not only that, this tiny liner has lasted me for about 2 years now and I still have product left. My only complaint is that after about nine or ten hours I start to see a little dot of collected product in my outer corners where sweat, tears, and oil usually culminate (sounds gross but I think most people will know what I'm talking about). When this happens I just look in a mirror, wipe off the excess with a tissue, and my cat-eye goes back to being flawless. Oh another thing, the tip, like most other felt tipped liquid liners, tends to get a tiny clump at the end after some use, but all you have to do is pick it off and it goes back to normal. I've tried four other "high-end" liquid liners as well as a few acclaimed gel liners, but the Chantecaille is the only one I've been able to put up with.

I bought blue and green eyeliners! Love this brand and ease of the pen. You shake it and unscrew the pen and it's awesome feather tip. I get the perfect amount on my lids and use what's left on lower lids. Removes easily too with soap and water. I'm also oily....it doesn't budge over primer! Yay,!!!!
