The Julie Hanky Hem Dress is made in a super soft stretch POWERFIT® mesh, a fabric that breathes. It is fully lined. The beautifully shaped crossover bodice together with a full handkerchief hem skirt elegantly falls at a midi length on taller ladies and maxi length for shorter ladies. Finished with a new flattering handkerchief sleeve and elasticated MagicBand® to cinch you in with that Scarlett & Jo signature shape.
