Refined Quilted Rain Boot

Love these, and was happy to score them during the Anniversary Sale. Since I wear a 7.5 in most shoes, I ordered both a size 8 and a size 7, and decided to keep the size 7. Still roomy but not too big, even with socks on. Love this style!

The only time any store appears to carry the refined quilted style tall rain boot is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, so I make it a point to buy a pair each year - I couldn’t even find them this year in the U.K. The refined style is slightly narrower than the traditional, but not so narrow as to make it unwearable. These are chic enough to wear even when it’s not raining!

Usually didn’t like the feel and look of the tall boot, but this one is AMAZING. Highly recommend. Quilted throughout and super warm. I got them on Anniversary and now my sister is going to buy them. I love how they aren’t huge through the ankle and calf. They are more fitted.

I finally have an item from the N sale that I’m 100% happy with. I’ve tried Hunter and other rain boots before and found the fit to be sloppy, small, large, uncomfortable, You name it. But these fit perfectly true to size and comfortable. I could see though where if you have big calves or a wide foot, these aren’t for you. I don’t see myself wearing a thick, bulky sock just something lightweight.

I am on the thinner side but have always been muscular including and especially my calves .. so hard to find a boot that is wife in the calves but doesn’t bulge (loose) at ankles and/or too tight at the top. Chefs kiss. Quality is great.

Wanted to love these but they run a bit more narrow than other Hunter boots I’ve owned and a bit tight on the calf area.
