High Waist Straight Leg Jeans

I really love the look and fit of these Nordstrom high-rise, straight-leg women’s jeans. The waist feels generous and doesn't dig in. The stomach and hip area have a snugly feel with booty lifting qualities. I hope for no wedgies. The legs are straight with the right amount of relaxed width. Very nice for evening events. I’m 5’-6”, 164 lb. My usual size in jeans is 31 or a 32 if the jeans are running small. I have a mature woman’s body; thicker straight waist, flat booty, puffy belly. I tired on two sizes. The 31 fit perfect TTS in all of my areas. I felt like the 32 could provide extra room in the waist especially after dinner, but the stomach and butt area could become loose since the fabric is light weight and does include cotton, lyocell, and spandex in the blend. The length is not exaggerated long, but for me will need slightly less length. Maybe I’ll keep both pairs for dinner/no dinner days??

Great straight leg. I bought the broadway wash and love it for a dressy denim option. I’m 5’8” and length is good with flats.
