I was torn between a medium or a large. I ordered the large. I'm a 38 D and it's the perfect fit. The structure gathers without creating discomfort. It's high enough under the arm pit limiting strapless bra exposure.

Beautiful top
The poplin fabric elevates the cut of this top. It is classy and both sexy. I've worn it to the ballet with my daughter and also out having drinks with friends. The elastic on the bottom can ride up and accentuate your waist giving it more of a sexy look, if you want. I do wish it was cropped a little more in that way, but I appreciate it works in different settings. The pictures with the first model don't do it Justice, it looks too big on her. The sizing of M worked fine for me at 34D, hourglass & athletic 150 lbs.
