Beautiful Shoe - But came worn!

The shoes are not new, they have 2 scuffs on the bottom. The gold hardware is not covered on one shoes. Also the extra shoe taps are missing the bag they come in. This is so ridiculous- I used my double points day for this and now I'm annoyed.
