runs small, sleeves too long

My usual size is XS. Even with this brand. I am 5ft4" , 112 pounds and this dress ran too small and too short except for the sleeves. The sleeves were too long touching my second knuckles. I could have sized up to a small but then the sleeves would have reached my knees.
