Ela Espadrille Platform Mary Jane

This shoe is so comfortable and cute. However it runs large. I tried 7.5 and 7. In the 7.5 my heel slipped out and I could not walk in them without my heel slipping out. The 7s fit better but my toes were jammed up to the front. Not a good luck. Sadly returned both sizes. Three starts for comfort. shoes were cushioned and I imagine being able to walk in them if the shoe would stay on. Also they did look cute with just a bit of height. A prior reviewer mentioned the heel slippage and they are correct there is no way to use a heel support due to the material. I was sad to return because they are cute and comfy shoes.

I usually avoid trendy styles but wanted to try something new in the espadrille family. I luv the look of the crochet sandal. The ivory color looks do good with my tan. But the sole is stiff & doesn’t bend as I walk & consequently my heel keeps popping out of them. I think they’re going back.

This shoe is so cute and versatile, but the heel is wide. Socks would not work or a heel pad because if the mesh. I had to return.
