Catalina Fit & Flare Cocktail Dress

I ordered this dress in plum. The color was beautiful, but that's where the "pros" come to an end. Either the dress pictured was tailored for the model, or she is just exactly perfect (and 6 feet tall). I am 5'5 and this dress hit at the widest part of my calf -- very unflattering. The v-neck was extremely low, but the armpits were tight. The fabric was heavy, which isn't always a bad thing, but in this case the dress was uncomfortably heavy. I also had an odd experience with the tags -- I ordered this dress at full price from Nordstrom, received the dress in a Nordstrom box, but had a Rack tag on it. The Rack tag showed a cost of $65! Fortunately, customer service was stellar as always, and there were no issues returning this for the price I paid.
