Waverly Natural Grain Leather Shoulder Bag

Cute bag, seemingly good quality. When I received the package, it was presented like I purchased something from Shein or DHGate--NOT Nordstrom/Coach. The fact that this purse arrived wrapped in plastic and IN a plastic bag is baffling. Why not a box with paper to protect the item? After reading the reviews, I'm really trying to figure out why my bag arrived this way when I see that others had different/better packaging---even a dustbag. Thankfully, it wasn't damaged in transit. All it would have taken is a slightly sharp object coming in contact with the "bag". Do better. For the safety of the item as well as the presentation to the customer. I was so disgusted that I seriously considered returning it.

Absolutely love the purse itself but the way it was packaged and recieved was a huge disappointment. Made me feel like I purchased a fake dupe from shein

Purchased first for my daughter for her birthday ... she LOVES it! Ticks all the boxes, for daily and dressy. Both small enough and large enough. Then ... when her daughter - my granddaughter - saw it, she loved it toooo, as she'd put it! This review is for the second Waverly bag I've purchased - for her. Call me Santa Granna!

I ordered this for pickup at a store in Long Island. Went to collect it late one night right before closing, it was brought out to my car and I proceeded to open it there. Opened the box and there’s a cowboy hat in there.. Too late to return so I contact them on the phone that same night and they apologised and said the refund was issued. Got an email saying they could NOT issue the refund a few days later. I reach out again, they said to contact the store. I contact the store they said to call back the same number that I talked to first. I’m sure the bag is great but I wouldn’t know because I don’t get it and Nordstrom is apparently making customers fight to rectify issues that made.

Obsessed! Its gorgeous! I’ve been looking for a leather shoulder bag in black that’s not too pricey and this is just perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. And I love that it comes with 3 different straps. I also got a matching wallet that perfectly compliments my bag. I love it so much I just might get it in another colour :)

Many years also this was the classic Coach style with detail to the craftsmanship of the line of bags. The bags wore like iron and aged beautifully developing patina with use: Rich thick quality leather. I am so pleased this quality has returned. I bought this bag today and know it will last forever.
