Zoey Clutch

The clutch is really cute and the perfect size to hold a phone, reading glasses, and with room to spare. I love everything about it, EXCEPT the fact that it was shipped with the security sensor still attached. I chatted live with Nordstrom, hoping to get some instructions to safely remove the sensor at home. No luck - my choices are to return it, which would also require me to go out of my way to drop it somewhere to be shipped back, or take it to the store for the sensor removal. To add to my overall frustration, this was the final message from the agent I chatted with:
“I hope you receive a prompt response and look great in your item. Thank you so much for contacting us.” Never any apology or acknowledgment of what an inconvenience it was to go to the store to have it removed.
