Leather broke on 1st wear

I was excited to get this belt - I like to wear flow clothes with a belt around the waist or hips. It was a great price, simple design so would go with lots of things. I wore it the day after it came int he mail and I pulled to tighten it and the last 4 inches of leather just pulled off. I was shocked. My first purchase from this brand and I no longer trust their quality
