Nordstrom should be ashamed
Delivered in a small envelope that was almost thrown away . No boxes or nice bags to give as gifts! Von Maur sends their jewelry in gift boxes and sometime even small gift bags inside the boxes! Wrapping is also available. Nordstrom this was a disappointment! I would shopped in the store but I have some serious health problems! Maybe I cancel my Ambassador Card! How they treat people with no status?

Poor Quality
I opened a little pouch and lo and behold, the posts were extremely long for an ear - big or small. I’m sure it came straight from the manufacturer but what an upset, especially coming from Nordstrom (even though from Nordstrom Racks). And let me add, the heart is sized for a child (or multiple piercings). Very small. There should always be sizing on the description or a photo of it being worn.

Gem fell out after a few weeks
I purchased these on sale for $20 to wear at the barn in case they got knocked off. Funny thing was that never happened. Instead, I was sitting at my desk and one of the gems just fell out onto my lap! Good thing these were cheap! They should still last longer than a few weeks, though.
