would not exchange for size

I ordered based on the size guide on Scarosso website because none was listed on Nordstrom. They arrived too small. Nordstrom was unable to exchange for size without charging me regular price even though they were on sale when I bought them 5 days ago. Horrible policy they say comes from manufacturer. I will return and leave with nothing and go somewhere else.
