Wonderful customer service

Jessica was the perfect sales person. My wife and I were apprehensive because Norstrom doesn't tailor for larger men. Most of their pants max out at 38 waist. When we saw the pair, I crossed my fingers and they fit perfectly. Jessica helped us with everything. Her customer service, friendliness, and willingness to help made the experience worth the visit. Now I have the perfect pants to go see Bruno Mars. Thanks Jessica. Nordstrom should promote you, give you a paid vacation, and make you feel like they're lucky to have you!

Bad business of Nordstrom

Paid more for unstitched hem,bad business.Had to pay higher aleration fees than the price of the item.In other words it was unethical and buyers please check the price of aleration before placing order.Nordstrom is fooling the buyer with prices where alteration is more constly than pant itself.Not recommended any such bad business seller.

Sizing is way off

Nice pants, look to be decent quality, but sizing is very odd with these. I'm usually 33 or 34 waist depending on brand and style. Tried these in both 33W and 34W and couldn't even zip them up all the way in either size. Sent them back and ordered 35W. I can button them up, but still very tight. I'd like to try 36W, but they are now out of stock. Also, another problem is the seat is cut very high in the back with this model. I've tried 6 different pairs, and it's all the same with all of them. They are a bit sung in the front, not too bad, but in the back, they cut right in between your butt cheeks. Don't know if it gets better with larger sizes.

Sized for Lilliputians- waist was 2 sizes small.

Waist was 2 sizes smaller. Typical inacurate execution of something made abroad, dropshiped to a fullfillment center and never inspected for quality. Would expect more from Nordstrom especially on a $150.00 pair of dress pants.

Needs quality check when merchandise is returned

First pair I ordered, which was mine. Common size was way too tight so I had to order a second pair, which is going to be one size too big and I was going to alter the waist but me picking up the package at the store and not opening the pants until I got home. I realized that somebody had already pre-altered the bottom hem of the pants and it measured a 30 inch inseam which is way to short for me.now when I first saw these pants in the store. I also needed to wear the pants the very next day with a custom sport jacket that I had made., but my plans were ruined

Wasn't ideal for intended purpose - fit not great.

Not as good a fit as some other options from alternative providers. We ended up returning. We also would have needed to incur extra cost to have the hem done correctly which the lower cost, better fitting suit didn't require. Unfortunately, a very expensive but not good option for a mediterranean wedding.
