Chic Tea Length Jersey Dress with Ruching

This is a tough one because the dress looked great on but it was a $350 dress that arrived having clearly been worn with the dress arriving unzipped, wrinkled from wear and stains on the front of the dress. I returned at the store and it took almost three weeks for my credit to show up. This was far below any store standards but never would have expected this from Nordstrom or a vendor in business with Nordstrom.
