What it is: A pearlescent, light-catching eyeshadow that washes the eye with multidimensional shimmer.
How to use: Apply the eyeshadow with the flat side of an eyeshadow brush to create a shimmering wash of color on the eyelid. Use the tapered side to blend and highlight the inner corner of the eye and the brow bone.

Shimmery heaven
These eyeshadows give that wet look that I have been after. They are great when applied on their own or over another eyeshadow. The quality is great. I have very sensitive eyes and found these not to irritate. Not an everyday shade but wonderful for special occasions.

Contact lens wearer beware!
If you wear contact lenses then beware of these eyeshadows as they are full of glitter. I had to remove one of my lenses when I wore this eyeshadow to rinse off a chunk of glitter that had got onto my lens and was scratching the surface of my eye. Personally I think these eyeshadows should come with a warning that they are not suitable for lens wearers! I will be returning this product as it was so expensive and I cannot safely use it.

Spectacular
This eye shadow is the most gorgeous, glamorous colour and looks amazing on. It's easy to apply and seems to last. The only drawback, which is why I've given it four stars (not five) is because it can be hard to open the compact and I've stuck my nail into the powder a couple of times by accident. But the product itself is spectacular.

Gorgeous, just too expensive for me
I have tested the Chantecaille LUMINESCENT EYE SHADE in a few shades, and really love the Pangolin and Cheetah shades. Pangolin in particular is a gorgeous purple. The powder is so fine and the colour is gorgeous, with beautiful sparkle. I adore the eyeshadow, however unfortunately it is very expensive. I would love to purchase however I just can't justify the price for a single colour pan right now. Fingers crossed one day :)

Absolutely gorgeous but bad for bank!
I absolutely love how smooth and lightweight the glittery eyeshadows are, but they are extremely expensive hahah! I bought them in store and saw the price after purchasing it and was quite surprised! But If you’re not on a budget I definitely recommend it- very pretty colours

Chantecaille Luminescent Eye Shade
I cannot tell you how many of the Chantecaille Luminescent Eye Shade I have been persuaded to buy. Absolutely love them, the packaging, the texture, the way they are so smooth on the eye lid. Very expensive but the money does go to charity too so makes me feel better about the expense. Plus I have learnt all about Pangolins.
