this is the one
I’ve tried sooooo many eyeshadow primers since the Nars one disappeared and this is the best one I’ve found. I have pretty oily eyelids so I need something matte that dries down and this one is nice and dry. It may not be for everyone but it’s for the oily people. I used this with my most slippy eyeshadow formula to see if it could perform and it’s shockingly good. I’d like to say it’s not worth the price but unfortunately until Nars comes back it is absolutely worth it for me.

Not what I had hoped
This was chalky and flakey. I had to wash it right off because there was no way my eye shadow would look right. I had expected much more from this brand.

A little disappointed
Although it seems to work as a primer, I don’t particularly like the round roller. I find I have to tug on my eye to evenly spread it out and it’s very dry. I would prefer a sponge applicator or brush. I won’t buy again just because I can’t afford anymore wrinkles

I really like this base and I do think it works when used with eye shadows, it helps to keep them in place and just feels nice and almost hydrating to use. I would recommend this if you’re looking for a product with this purpose.i have the lighter colour
