Comfy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] But I had to return them. They were too heavy for what I wanted them for. These are great shoes and comfy but living in Florida I wanted something more lightweight. I think they ran a tad big. I would size down a half size if I ordered again. Made very nicely!

Disappointing

The most ridiculous thing about this purchase was that it took one month from the time I ordered when they finally arrived. Nordstrom’s customer service is certainly going downhill since they have allowed other companies to merge with them and it’s only going to get worse because they are using OnTrac more and more. It’s ridiculous. When the boots FINALLY arrived, they were big and wide. Returned them to the company and who knows how long that will take to get a refund!

Comfy

The Worst

If you have foot and ankle issues, even occasional discomfort, look elsewhere!! These are basically a three inch heel boot, so your foot is on a Huge slope forward. Meaning, your toes will crash into the front of the boot below. The heel support, if (there is any because you cannot tell because your foot is on this big slope forward) is absolutely null. My husband bought these as a present for me and told me to get them exchanged, since I had no good things to say about them:( Even walking is so awkward and uncomfortable.I felt bad to tell him that it appears he bought them on clearance, and they won't accept them back! He is devastated now and probably won't be shopping this sight any longer 😞1 star because they look cute but that's it!

Cute but only minimal cushioning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The write-up makes them sound very supportive and comfortable. They work pretty well for short distances but there's just not enough cushioning or arch support. Unfortunately this brand does not have a removable insole so I can't put in my own orthotics that would give these more arch support.

Heavy boot-Uncomfortable seam over toes

They boots are heavy and there's a horrible seam that goes over the toes, making them very uncomfortable. The are comfortable for arch but I have only worn once because the seam hurts my toes so much. As WalkingCo doesn't have a physical store, I couldn't try them on to see sizing and while I tried them on at home, I thought they were fine and I wore them once, outside. That means I'm stuck with expensive shoes I can't wear comfortably.
