I have always counted on Nordstrom integrity. I tried the shoes on and the fit was great and thru away boxes only to then notice they were used. The bottoms were dirty and marks on the sides I missed. If you’re going to sell used you should reduce the price and inform the purchaser of such. Might start going somewhere else for future purchases.

Dirty Hairy Shoe
This shoe was sent to me in unacceptable condition. Human and dog hair on the shoe. I know we all go behind one another but I would hope the shoe would be fully inspected before shipping out to new customer!!

Definitely the support and comfort I had expected from wearing previous Hoka shoes. They were a little tight on the narrow/arch on my feet, but after a few days of wear, my foot settled in very nicely.

Does not run true to size
Size 8.5 does not run true to size. I am an 8.5 and have a wide foot. Even with socks, this Hoka shoe was 1 full inch larger than my foot. The color is cool and the cushion/support felt good. I plan to exchange these for a smaller size.

Love the sneaker they fit my feet I brought a size 10 Which is half size big than I normally wear. Regular width black sneaker, black soul they make me feel like a little bit like my feet are rocking back-and-forth like kinda on a rocking chair . This alleviate the pressure on my heel and my toes .
