St. Barths Small Tote

I’m on the fence. It’s a beautiful bag and it is well made. The strap isn’t great though. Doesn’t really match the quality of the bag so it takes away from the look. I wish the strap was a little more “stylish”. I like that it comes with a little bag for smaller items but wish the bag snapped into the interior of the tote. It kinda just flops around. I got the cashmere color and love that! Great color for a spring/summer bag which is what I was shopping for.

I really love my current small everyday toss-in-keys-wallet-phone-lipstick-glasses bag, but there is just no way to dress up an LL Bean small boat tote. I like the wide opening of this bag so I can easily find my items. Crossbody strap is a nice convenience for when my hands are full. It is lightweight and simple, without any gaudy embellishments and hardware. Hard to find a lightweight bag that doesn't have a lot of gaudy decorations and brand logos these days. I think the color mink goes with everything and hides dirt pretty well. I do think it is a lot overpriced, hence the 3 stars, but as I said, it's hard to find a bag that is not trashed up with hardware and logos.
