Icon Pavé Diamond Initial Pendant Necklace

I got this for a gift. The models made it seem like the actual initial pendant is bigger than it actually is. The pendant is super duper small. Which is fine if thats what you like, but I wish the photos represented the size well. I wouldn't have asked for this on my gift list if I knew it's true size. Also I'm very disappointed by this packaging. For a $400 necklace, I'd expect it to at least be secure in the actual bag. Don't think that's a huge ask here. This one was completely outside the bag and the chain is tangled in the bag strings. I've bought cheaper necklaces that at least were properly secured and not tangled upon opening. It looks nice but the size wasn't what i expected and the poor placement of the necklace/packaging made me question its value and quality.
