Wrong size wouldn't make right

Sent wrong size and didn't know until fiancee tried to put ring on finger. Nordstrom was very unhelpful despite saying they would take it back to switch. Too late. I asked for partial compensation. They wouldn't. Poor customer service and customer retention. Won't be back.
