I returned these earrings because I just didn’t like them. The company refused the return saying they were damaged. Now I’m hoping Nordstrom does the right thing by pursuing the right thing. I have no earrings- no proof of oradinas statement they were damaged and the $279 has been charged to my card. I will never buy a “marketplace product again. Especially not from this company
