Pretty bag

This is a very nice bag. Well made and good quality but it is extremely heavy. I will be returning due to this. I only put in a few items and can’t imagine carrying this bag around.

large plastic strap

I was so excited for this purse, but when it arrived, I couldn't believe the strap. The photos don't show that the inside of the strap is made of wide, flat black plastic. It sits awkwardly on my shoulder and completely changed the look and feel of the bag. Unfortunately, it really ruined an otherwise beautiful purse for me, so I ended up returning it.
