House of Brilliance earrings

Product was ordered on 12/11/2025 for delivery on 12/22/2025 . Nordstrom Rack refused the delivery for a reason that no one can tell me. The price I paid was 699.00 plus tax . I reordered when I figured out they were not going to notify me even though there were 3 days until Christmas and after I paid I got an email that said the order was cancelled.. Still have not been notified of the original order being refunded. Why continue to promote and sell an item that is not available .
