There is some weight to the shoe, but the strap is tight enough to balance the weight when you walk. I like this shoe because of the material, color, and comfort. I wore them and they did not rub anywhere. Plus, my shins did not hurt from trying to flip and flop the shoe.

So uncomfortable!!

Very cute shoes but very heavy and the straps gave me huge blisters on the top of my feet from the stitching under the strap.

Beautiful but painful

I didn't want to send these back but they hurt! The toe post was very thick and each step was painful. I didn't think I could wear them to break them in. They were a little heavy too. Other than that, the sole is soft and they are beautiful. They were TTS for me. I got a 7 which is my normal sandal size (7.5 for athletic shoes and DV Mary Janes).

Very painful

I wanted to love these because they have support underneath and they’re so cute but the gold piece between the toes is very painful. Returning since I’m afraid I can’t break them in.
