14K Gold Venice Link Split Necklace

Item arrived. Lovely packaging. Very beautiful. Very positive first impression. Not stamped 14 k gold. Color seemed off….brighter than my other 14K gold jewelry. I looked up the Oradina web site and I found many negative comments about their products especially in the area of customer service and item quality. I have ordered or purchased many, many items from Nordstrom over the years. Nordstrom has always been my all time favorite store. Never have I returned an item for a lower quality than expected. I usually return for a different size or a few items just didn’t look good on me. I have always, and still do, value the quality of items at Nordstrom and the beyond excellent customer service. It has always been so easy to make returns and receive a credit on the card I used for purchase. Since this item is from a 3rd party I am hoping the return process is as easy and customer friendly. Thank you! I will continue to shop at Nordstrom! They have continuously earned my highest recommendation.
