Double Breasted Crop Trench Coat

I purchased two hip length/crop trench coats early in the anniversary sale in different colors thinking I'd keep both. I received the Nordstrom brand one first and was super impressed with the quality. When this one arrived, I felt much differently. I love the color and style, but it is pretty thin and in no way wowed me like the other one. I will be returning this. I'd say this one may run slightly small. I'm 5'2 and weigh just under 100#. Ordered this in a XXS which fit but allowed little room for much more than a t-shirt underneath. If you're looking for a bit of an oversized fit you may wish to size up.

I love the style but the fabric is very thin and looks like something I would pay about $35 for. It’s going back.

When I first saw this trench I was immediately intrigued by its design and funnle neck design. I bought one in each color and after reviewing it, I still love the design but its not top quality. Im still happy with the purchase. Bought a small and it fits as expected.

It came crumpled in a bag, material is very cheap. Not worth it

I received this order in the mail, and unfortunately, it was not packaged properly. It appeared to have been shoved into a small plastic bag and arrived in a ball. It was not even folded properly and looks nothing like the product shown in the pictures on your website. I am very disappointed with the condition in which this item arrived. Please let me know how you would like to resolve this issue. I would like a replacement that is properly packaged and matches the product shown on your website, or a full refund.
